We have the most modern equipment for dyeing and with latest GRETAG MACBETH COLOUR MATCHING SYSTEM the sampling time has been greatly reduced. We also have radio frequency (RF) dryer which gives us quick drying and turnaround.
Tow dyeing facilities:
We can dye single lots in multiples of 400kg and can go up-to 8400kg single lot.
Hank dyeing facilities:
We can dye lots in multiples of 60kg and 120kg. Products available dyed 100% acrylic, acro-wool blends, chenille yarn Etc.
Cone dyeing facilities:
We can dye lots in multiples of 1kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, 100kg, 200kg, 300kg and 500kg.
Products available dyed polyester-cotton blends, cotton, polyester etc.
Fibre dyeing facilities:
We also manufacture fibre dyed yarns, minimum lot size available is 5000kg. Products available 100% acrylic, 100% polyester, acrylics-polyester blends etc.
